Abstract — It is shown that the repeated use of the conversion solution IFKhANAL-1 allows one to obtain protective conversion coatings (CCs) on the alloy AD-31 with protective properties that are no worse than those of chromate coatings. The influence of preliminary thermal treatment on the protective properties of CCs is studied. The possibility to considerably increase the corrosion stability of CCs by filling them in the inhibitor IFKhAN-25 solution is shown.
