Abstract — Oxide films 5–8-m thick are obtained on titanium in aqueous Zr(SO₄)₂ bath by the plasma-electrolytic method. Depending on the electrolyte pH, the film contain either zirconium and titanium with ZrO₂ + TiO₂ phases or titanium and TiO₂. The resulting dense films with limited water wettability are of interest as potential protective coatings.
